6-Weeks of In-Person or Live Online Yoga Therapy Series for Menopause

This Yoga Therapy class, tailored for women facing peri and post-menopause, uses yoga's transformative power to enhance physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. This course is your pathway to nurturing well-being, fostering self-compassion, and emerging as your most radiant, authentic self.

BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS:

- Update and install Zoom on your preferred device for participating in the LIVE Online class.

- Make sure your device is charged and connected to a power source, as video classes can consume a lot of battery.

- Place the camera 6 - 8 feet away from your mat to show your mat and body on the screen

WHAT TO BRING:

  • A Yoga Mat

  • One or two Yoga Blankets (a twin-sized tightly woven blanket will work too.)

  • One throw pillow

  • Two Yoga Blocks

  • One 8 or 10-foot yoga strap – recommended length is 8 or 10 feet. (Note: These props are just recommendations to enhance your experience; the class can proceed without them.)

Additional information: A confirmation email will be sent to you after you register for the class. You'll also get a weekly reminder email that provides the Zoom link one hour before it starts each week. Should you miss the LIVE Online class; it will be recorded and uploaded for future viewing.

This process may take some time for the videos to be processed, edited, and uploaded. The playlist link will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the LIVE Online Class and will be accessible for 60 days following the session's conclusion.
